Our data is never older than a few months old and we aim to refresh it every month.

Q: Can I request a list that is not on your site?

YES! Most of our customers have requested data that is not for sale on our site, and we have custom created their list for them.

Q: What format is your data in?

We provide data in Excel and csv formats. Other formats available by request.

Q: How much do the leads cost?

Shop around the site to see our low cost prepared lists. Custom lists will be quoted based on complexity but typically they run about $0.05-$0.20 per record.

Our core data originates from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES). This is a publicly available database of National Provider Identifier (NPI) records. CMS updates this file weekly, and we use it as a foundation to build our provider lists.

Q: Is the data public?

Yes. The NPI registry is in the public domain. CMS makes it freely available for download and redistribution. However, the raw file is extremely large, highly technical, and not user-friendly — which is where our value comes in.
